Start with a personal fit check. We confirm your inquiry volume, your current follow-up process, and the offer before arranging the 7-day guided test.
- Minutes 0–3: choose one location and one staff champion. Confirm your venue name, work inbox, and who approves event follow-ups.
- Minutes 3–6: set the qualification rules. Define guest-count limits, minimum budget, and who checks date availability.
- Minutes 6–9: review up to ten open inquiries. After agreeing on data handling, use authorized inquiries for future events. Exclude anyone who has declined, opted out, or already booked.
- Minutes 9–12: review the first draft. Personalize it in your existing email conversation, send it yourself, and record the action. Replies and opt-outs stop further follow-up.
What happens during the test?
Your team reviews the queue and records replies, staff handoffs, and confirmed bookings. We review the outcomes together. This is an assisted workflow; it does not send email, detect replies, or reserve dates automatically.
One evaluation per business.
The evaluation is available once per venue or business, including its business domain. Using another email address or creating another signup does not restart it. We confirm your exact end date and time at kickoff. After 7 days, active service pauses and your data is preserved. Continuing requires the $149 one-time paid pilot and confirmed kickoff, unless an authorized admin grants a logged extension. Nothing is charged or renewed automatically.

The guided test lasts 7 days, covers up to 10 inquiries, and needs no card. A 30-day assisted pilot is $149 once for one location and up to 100 active inquiries. Continuing at $199 per location per month requires a separate agreement. The evaluation and pilot never renew or convert automatically. A separately approved monthly plan renews monthly until canceled.
