InquiryDock provides this website to explain and demonstrate an assisted private-event follow-up service for independent U.S. venues.

The public demo

The demo uses fictional inquiries, messages and booking amounts. It does not send email, connect to your inbox, confirm availability, collect payments or reserve dates. Demonstrated outcomes are examples, not promised results.

Requesting a pilot

A fit-check request does not create a subscription or payment obligation. We confirm suitability and agree on setup and data handling before using real venue inquiries. Submit only information you are authorized to share.

Offer and continuation

The guided test lasts 7 days, covers up to 10 inquiries and requires no card. If you choose to continue, the assisted pilot is $149 once for 30 days, one venue location and up to 100 active inquiries. There is no automatic conversion or renewal.

Optional ongoing service is $199 per location per month, activated only through a separate agreement. Before any payment, the written pilot agreement will identify the service provider and confirm scope, payment, cancellation and refund arrangements. No live payment collection is active. When available, Stripe hosts checkout after you accept a private offer. The monthly plan renews only after a separate subscription signup; cancel before its next renewal through Manage billing or support. See the payment, cancellation and refund details.

One evaluation per business.

The evaluation is available once per venue or business, including its business domain. Using another email address or creating another signup does not restart it. We confirm your exact end date and time at kickoff. After 7 days, active service pauses and your data is preserved. Continuing requires the $149 one-time paid pilot and confirmed kickoff, unless an authorized admin grants a logged extension. Nothing is charged or renewed automatically.

Staff remain in control

Your venue reviews and sends messages from its own inbox, checks event availability, and records replies, opt-outs and bookings. Automatic sending, reply detection and autonomous booking are not included in the current assisted pilot.

Privacy and appropriate use

Our privacy notice explains the information collected through this website. Do not submit guest lists, sensitive information or payment details through the public form, attempt to access another party's data, or use the service to contact someone who has opted out.
