Privacy notice

InquiryDock is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. It covers the public website, fictional demo, pilot-interest form and workflow-audit request form. Contact privacy@inquirydock.com with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

If you request a fit check, we store your name, work email, venue name, website, inquiry-volume range, and the time and version of your consent. Please do not submit customer contact details, guest lists, payment information or sensitive information. The public demo uses fictional data and does not save your changes.

How we use it

We use your submission to assess pilot fit, respond to your request and measure interest in the offer. Submitting is not a purchase or newsletter signup. We do not sell your information. The site does not send form content to an AI model. No email is sent automatically when you submit.

Service providers and security

OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure host the website and store submissions. Google Workspace handles business email when we correspond. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and service delivery. Public visitors cannot retrieve saved submissions or internal operating records.

Payment information

If you accept a paid offer, Stripe hosts checkout and processes your payment details. InquiryDock records the venue, billing contact, agreed offer, consent time, payment status, Stripe reference numbers, and subscription or refund status. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Payment records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting and legal obligations. Stripe’s privacy policy explains its processing. No live payment collection is active.

Workflow audits and advertising measurement

For a workflow audit, we store your name, work email, venue name, website, city/state, role, venue type, contact permission and submission time. Campaign, ad and matched-keyword parameters included in the page address are recorded with the request. We compare venue identity with existing business records to avoid duplicates and preserve previous contact restrictions.

Only if you choose the optional advertising-measurement permission do we retain Google ad-click identifiers for later measurement of verified outcomes, such as a qualified request, completed conversation, audit or written test agreement. These identifiers and outcome times may be shared with Google Ads when conversion reporting is configured. We do not send the audit notes, your customer records or form contact details to Google Ads. Global Privacy Control disables optional advertising measurement. No Google or Meta advertising pixel is loaded by this form, and no conversion is uploaded automatically.

We do not track visitors across other websites. Hosting providers may process technical request information for service delivery and security. Other websites have their own privacy notices.

Retention and your choices

We review unconverted pilot and audit requests for deletion after 90 days. If we start working together, we agree on customer data handling and retention separately before importing inquiries. You can ask to access, correct or delete your submission, or stop further contact, by emailing privacy@inquirydock.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you; do not send identity documents unless we have agreed on a suitable method.

Demo and pilot boundaries

All names, messages and booking values in the public demo are illustrative. The public demo does not connect to a venue inbox or collect payment. We agree on paid-pilot scope, terms and payment separately; submitting interest creates no financial commitment.

Changes to this notice

Updates will appear on this page with the revised date. If a material change affects information we already hold, we will provide an appropriate notice before applying it, including direct notice when required.
